Hi! I'm Natasha
I’m that person who looks at a daunting learning problem and thinks, “Challenge accepted!”. Leveraging my background in teaching and support, I specialize in creating visually appealing and effective learning solutions and creating learning experiences that make an impact on the learners as well as connects with them.
My interest in iterative design began in my college program and I’ve been hooked on design thinking and action mapping ever since. I am so passionate about the world of digital learning and this passion seeps through everything I do.
Plus, as a Microsoft Innovative Education Expert (MIEE), I’ve had the privilege of sharing my “out-of-the-box” ideas on a global stage. And just so you know, my brain isn’t the only thing getting a workout – I’m also a B2 level French speaker and dedicated to staying fit!

My Instructional Design Journey
Embarking on Learning Paths
I began to explore the new territory by taking on leadership roles being an “IT Enabler” and Microsoft Trainer.
Both roles helped me develop leadership skills that allowed me to serve as a mentor for others while learning to facilitate plans, provide training to colleagues on integrating technology in education, manage tasks and deliverables, and track measurable results.
I used various Microsoft applications to provide training and led a Microsoft project 'STEEL the Deal', the initiative of which was adopted by the partnering schools.
Broadening Boundaries and Climbing to Success
I eventually relocated and moved country and found my way in the logistics industry specializing in administration, managing & auditing payroll, analyzing data and KPIs, and providing unparalled customer service. During this time, I gained knowledge about storytelling with data, handle day to day operations and provide best in-class services to the stakeholders and customers.
While working in operations, I continued to explore opportunities to engage in providing training and conduct workshops. I conducted engaging workshops at Alliance Française de Sacramento.
This summit being the most challenging, brought the best in me. I honed my skills in instructional design and continued to gain confidence practicing in-demand tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Vyond, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and multiple other software. I continue to mentor new instructional designers and share experiences and expertise in this creative field.
Earning My Wings!
Yet another relocation to continue climbing the mountain. I joined American Airlines as an eLearning Developer and Media Application.
Developing engaging and effective training modules for 27,000+ flight attendants, including but not limited to application simulations, microlearning experiences, interactive scenario-based training, 360-degree real-life simulations, is indeed enriching.
Earning my flight attendant wings provided me with deeper expertise in content creation and subject matter. This experience provided me with deeper insight into day-to-day intricate tasks that require attention to detail for the learners and none-the-less for the creator.
This journey continues to stay on!
