Tools used: MindMeister

As a part of Microsoft project, this mind map was created focusing on development of the following skills: 

  • Hands-on task
  • Demonstration
  • Following multiple case studies
  • Gamification
  • Networking
  • Analysis & critical thinking
  • Problem solving

This map laid out the project goal in the center (environment) and branched to display key concepts that learners must know followed by various hand on experiences where ‘learning will happen while doing’. These actions led to more finite actions that all related back to the project goal. 

The planning was done backwards and differentiated plan was made to suit all the learning needs and styles. The focus was also on incorporating  flipped learning which helped to enhance the attention span and gauge the interest of the learning audience. It was designed in accordance to Bloom’s Taxonomy and a variety of process, product and environment differentiation techniques were used such as use of online interactive, peer revising, scaffolded conferences, enactment any much more.
